Rosalie Stone Vanhoy, 85, passed away December 19, 2017.
Graveside Funeral Services to celebrate her life will be held 11:00AM Friday December 22, 2017 at Mt. Gur Cemetery.
A native of Wilkes County, Rosalie was the daughter of the late Maude Brown Stone and Robert Franklin Stone. She was married to the late Nathan Ervin Vanhoy. In addition to her parents and husband, she also was preceded in death by her son Brain Vanhoy, three sisters and four brothers.
She was retired from Baptist Hospital where she served as a Phlebotomist. She was a lifelong member of Main Street Baptist Church in Kernersville.
Survivors include her son Michael Vanhoy and Suzie of Sanford; granddaughter Claire Myers and Joe of Sanford; grandson Nathan Vanhoy of Cary; great-grandson Liam Myers.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to one’s favorite charity.
