James Robert Burchett, 60, went to pick with his brothers in Heaven January 3, 2018.
Funeral Services celebrating his life will be held 11:00AM Saturday January 6, 2018 at the Pierce-Jefferson Funeral & Cremation Services Chapel with Rev. Rick Carter officiating.
A native of Guilford County, “Bob” was the son of the late James Robert Burchett and Moleva Baugh Burchett. Bob would live in various States across the United States playing his guitar in support of his parents’ Ministry as Captains of the Salvation Army. Although Bob would travel extensively, his true passion was to return home to continue his music education career. Bob loved to share his love of music and would do so by his teachings and all those students that will carry on his legacy.
Bob is survived by his daughter Christa Michelle Kern of Texas; several beloved cousins and a host of extended music lovers throughout the US; and special family member BG Marshall for his love and kindness shown to Bob.
